Hi! I’m Shae Davis. 

I’ve been the woman trying everything — pushing harder, doing more workouts, eating less — and still feeling stuck. After my 70-pound weight loss journey, I realized the answer wasn’t more restriction or more workouts. It was building a system I could actually repeat in real life.

Now I help women do the same through structured strength training, macro-friendly nutrition, nervous system support, and functional labs when it makes sense. As a functional nutrition practitioner, personal trainer, and certified nutritionist, I use testing as a tool to personalize your plan when needed — not to replace the basics. We start with the foundations that move the needle, then layer in labs to get clarity on what your body is asking for so you can feel energized, leaner, and more in control again.
